About

As we move along the coast to the North area of Portugal the landscape changes, giving space to more green and diverse areas, more fresh and humid climate. Looking back to the Portuguese history you will find out that the North was the cradle of the nation and for these you will be able to find very old traditions. Big diversity of waves, almost empty long sandy beaches and some more urban as we move close to cities like Peniche, Figueira da Foz or Porto.

In the free time it will be possible to visit cultural cities such as Obidos, Nazare, Aveiro and Porto and also, taste the amazing local gastronomy.

The regional gastronomy makes use of its natural resources, so Caldo Verde, appreciated all over the country, is a cabbage soup that originated here.
